XLZ2103S is a kind of multi-functional road maintenance equipment mainly for old asphalt pavement upgrading work and stabilized soil mixing in site. This machine is suitable for the mixing of filling material, cement, lime with the natural soil for improvement of the mechanical and physical properties of the soil, can also be used for milling damaged asphalt or asphalt concrete pavement with the thickness less than 150mm.At the same time, it is suitable for the in site mixing operation of base layer, stabilized soil of highway, city road, square, wharf, parking lot, etc.

Performance Characteristics:

- The standard milling width is 2100mm,the max. milling depth is 400mm,the pitch is 18mm. XCMG rotor technology—XCMG milling toolbit and apron with reasonable design, high accuracy.

- Milling rotor is driven by high speed motor and reducer.

- The traveling system has high gear and low gear. Front axle steering and driving, rear wheel steering, four wheel steering, equipped with low pressure wide big rib tyre, stable and big adhesive force.

- Spay system has sprinkling function.

- Steering system has crab-walking function.

- Engine has online display,failure diagnosis,faults warning and other advanced functions. It can read various data from equipped visualized display.

- Brake system is air brake mode which can obtain service brake and parking brake function.

- Cabin has wide body structure, which equipped with air conditioner, fan and radio, comfortable for operation.

- The dashboard is installed with colorful LCD display which can show online in time the main working parameters of whole machine, easy to observe the working condition of the machine.

- Illumination system is used for working at night. It can illuminate the rear part of the machinery, bridge, operating edge, front part of the machine.

- Attached with lockable toolkit, providing full set of maintenance and repair tools.
